1. Information we collect

When you use the inquiry form we collect only:

• your name; and
• your phone number.

When you press the submit button, the website sends the following five items to our spreadsheet: your name, your phone number, the language you selected (Arabic or English), the full web address of the page you submitted from (which may include advertising campaign parameters from the link you arrived through), and the date and time of submission. We use the last three only to handle and organize your request. Like any website request, it also reaches Google's servers together with technical data your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not ask for your email address, national ID, payment details or any other personal information through the form.

2. Why we collect it

We use your name and phone number to respond to your property inquiry and to provide the information you requested about Solana East and ZED East, which are developed by ORA Developers. We do not use your name or phone number for any other purpose than handling your inquiry and contacting you about it.

3. Where your information is stored

Form submissions are sent through a Google Apps Script web application, which adds each submission as a new row in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet managed by the website owner. The spreadsheet is not public and not published on this website. Because it is hosted on Google's services, the data is stored on Google's infrastructure, which may be located outside Egypt.

4. Who can access it

Access to the spreadsheet is limited to the website owner and to the people the website owner authorizes to handle inquiries. It is not accessible to other visitors of this website. Because the spreadsheet is hosted on Google services, Google acts as a technology provider that stores the data on our behalf.

5. Sharing with third parties

Because YARU connects interested customers with the sales process through its business relationship with a real estate brokerage company that markets ORA Developers projects, your name and phone number may be shared with that brokerage company and its sales team so they can contact you about your inquiry. We may also disclose information where required by law. Apart from the above, we do not share your information with other third parties for their own purposes.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising tags

This website uses the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure advertising performance, including recording that a form was submitted. This tag is provided by Google and may use cookies or similar technologies subject to Google's own policies. It does not receive the name or phone number you type into the form. The website also stores your language choice in your browser (local storage) and loads fonts and styling resources from third-party servers (such as Google Fonts), which may receive your IP address and device information when your browser requests them. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

7. Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, or until you ask us to delete it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you (access);
• correct information that is inaccurate (correction); or
• delete your submitted information (deletion).

How to request deletion: send us a message on WhatsApp or call the number in section 9, state that you want your information deleted, and give the name and phone number you submitted. We will delete your row from the spreadsheet. If your details were already shared with the brokerage company (section 5), tell us and we will also inform them of your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

9. Contact us about privacy
